Note the presence of a frontal recess cell invading the infundibulum of the frontal sinus leading to bossing of the orbital rim on the left side (A,B), ballooning of the lamina orbitalis left side (D) and waving of the floor of the orbit (left side) (D,E,F). Note also the presence of bilaterally infra-orbital cells, left side (E,F), right side (F). On the right side there are already signs of mucosal disease.
